Eynsford Running Club

Some amazing results from last weekends Brighton Half Marathon. 13 miles of pavement pounding and a strong headwind from Hove Lagoon back to the finish by Brighton Pier. Team ERC smashed some club records and had a great weekend in some testing conditions- Well done everyone.

Eynsford Running Club, the hosts of the Lullingstone 10k, are pleased to announce that the 2024 Lullingstone 10k is on the 20th October. The event takes place at Lullingstone Country Park in Kent, situated halfway between Sevenoaks and Dartford. The course The 10k course consists of 2 laps of Lullingstone Country Park, starting from the Lullingstone parkrun start location. It is an undulating course with some challenging hills and scenic descents, through open meadows and woodland. Some running clubs regularly return to the Lullingstone 10k as a key event in their club calendar. Find out more or register for the Lullingstone 10k

As the new year begins, Eynsford Running Club kicks off another Grand Prix. The Grand Prix enables those competitive runners in the club to see how they compare to others in the club as well as pushing themselves to go faster. January begins with the Swanley parkrun. Although Eynsford Running Club has been providing group running for many years, we felt it was time to have a bit more visibility online so that more people can discover the wonder of running socially.
